Where Can I get 99-01 CTR fenders???

Where Can I get 99-01 CTR fenders???
I have the CTR side markers installed on my car, but I just see that they arent were they should be. So I want the factory Sidemarker hole to be cut out, so all I have to do is pop them in. Thanks for any help.
