Default when i step on the accelator the steering on my car goes NUTS!

hey guys when i step on the gas on the car my steering on the car shakes like crazy. Looked at the axel and its fine. I dunt kno what it is. But i notice when i only step on the acc then i shakes. Another ting is that when i turn left i hear some noise from the front passenger side making noice (once and a while). Ok guys if u can help me i wudd appreciate it. Thanx

double check your axle ,and if its not ,most likely its your lug nut.Check your lug nuts and make sure its on tight

If it's a clicking noise while turning. could be your CV boot going.

lugs could be put on unevenly, take them off then put them back on going from top to bottum side to side dont go in a circle itll come out uneven. other than that sounds like a cv joint

check axles, bushings, control arms, and might wanna check intermidiate shaft
