Re: Honda Problem! HELP! ASAP .
now lets tell him why.
When creating a new thread in this forum, you must select an informative topic-specific title -- for example, not ''i need help'' or ''help me please'' -- so that members browsing thread topics can easily understand your tech problem or question without reading the first post. A good title also helps speed up and increase the number of useful responses by letting members know what precise information is needed.

ok now we need more details.
what happens when you apply light brakes, and what do you mean by "stopping hard"
slamming on your brakes to avoid a wreck or what?
what exaclty does it do? could be a number of things.

The only time I ever had one that stalled in a motion sensitive situation, like hard stopping (reverse would do it too) it was a contaminated fuel system clogging the fuel pump pickup. I'd hook up a fuel pressure gauge to confirm or refute drop in pressure during a stop. You may need to remove the hood and zip tie the gauge to a windshield wiper to do this. If you remove the plastic cowl trim the line from a pressure gauge would probably fit without removing the hood.
