Just fixed my evap purge valve since it was stuck open and wouldn't close or open correctly since it has charcoal stuck in there.

Now my question is:

Is the valve suppose to open right after I turn the car on or after driving and building pressure on the fuel tank? Thanks!

Thanks! Thats what I needed to know.
I checked the purge valve and worked fine off the car but when I turned the car it never opened, Now I now why since you gotta let it warm up.

As long as the cel I had doesn't come back i should be good
