Re: wheel size, tire size and my speedometer (jdm1994hatch)
depends on what size tires you use on the 14's. try to keep to stock diameter when switching wheels/tires

here is two links that if used in the right combination can help you find out exactly what your speed correction varialnce will be.
Use the Discount Tire link to find your wheel overall diameter and use the Autocrossing link with your appropriate setup to find out your vehicluar speed at a specific RPM.
Do some research next time, people like me will not always be there to give you the answers......the Search function is your friend.

Re: wheel size, tire size and my speedometer (jdm1994hatch)
Stock for your car is 175/70-13, the correct 14" size (or plus 1 size) is 185/60-14. This will have a larger diameter of 0.4% (or a little less than 1/8") which is nothing. Your speedometer, odometer, and acceleration will not be affected. Nor is it expected you experiance any rubbing as long as you run the proper offset.
Hope this helps.
Also there is a wheel and tire forum on honda-tech.
Cheers.
