Wheel is an inch back from stock.
Has this happened to anyone? Cost? I hit a curb and I am guessing this is stemming from that. It is not bad enough to cause wheel rub but there is a noise associated with movement (spinning of wheel).

I assume you're talking about one of the front wheels? Most likely what happened is that you bent the lower control arm. You need to replace the arm and you should have the front sub frame alignment checked as well. Its very possible that you bent it as well.
Fear not, you can get the lower arm and a new sub frame from any junk yard for a few bills. Installation isn't that difficult but the subframe can be a pain in the *** so get it checked before you start tearing into it.
The noise could be the wheel bearing, you may have damaged it if you hit the curb hard enough to bend the lower arm. You should have that checked as well.
You should get it fixed as soon as possible though. if your wheel is pushed back far enough to be noticable your alignment is wayyyy off, particularly your caster which affects high speed stability. Dont drive around on it

Hmmm. Not cheap I assume. They will charge more for the parts but its really the labor that will kill you. If it's just the LCA you're probably looking at around $300 but if you have to replace the subframe as well you're looking at a lot more. I would get a couple of estimates first.

I found out that nothing is bent or broken but my bushings are worn and they need replacing. The bushings are on the lower control arm. Can this be done by me?

You can but it aint fun I would suggest if you need to replace the bushings just go ahead and put poly ones in there. Energy suspension or Prothane are popular. There is a ghetto way to remove the stock bushings that has been covered here several times. Do a search on 'ES Bushings' or Replacing suspension bushings' or something like that and you will find all the info you need.
