An ideal idle should be around 750-800rpms.

Describe your problem better so we can help.

right now its idleing fine .. about 800 -850 .. right below the 1000 ...

but the car in high rmps .. the tach will go all crazy ...and the car will stall .

i got code 15 .. and now its gone .

so basically my tach goes crazy and the stalls ... i there is also and idle surge 1000 to 1500 when i press the a/c button

Who owned the car before you?

A/C problem = (probably) vacuum leak somewhere

You can find a vacuum leak by spraying a little carb cleaner around your intake manifold, if the car revvs up, that means that the carb cleaner got into teh engine, which lets you know there is a leak somewhere.

Be a little careful with the carb cleaner, use common sence.
