Whats wrong with lighter in car not working?
My car is an 94 Sedan Ex and I just bought a radar today. My problem is that my lighter is working for me to put in my radar. Like the actual thing that gets heated up is all corrode with green ish and then the thing doesnt heat up at all. A few weeks ago i went under there to see what was the problem and ill there was, was a little cream/white container full of wires and stuff. Would a wire be blown or a fuse. Does a lighter have a fuse? PLease heLP. ASaP. Thanks.

Let me get this straight....are you saying the actual lighter will heat up, but the radar wont?
Just take off the whole peice and make sure all the wires are connected. Worst comes to worst go to a parts store and get a new lighter and heater thing (for lack of a better term) But also try cleaning everything, you said there was corrosion, just use a wire brush and get all the ish off.

yes, lighter do have a fuse, i think it's sharing the same fuse with the interior lights.

Well I'll get around to cleaning it. I dont smoke so that isnt that problem. But I'll go up to Autozone and let the Old Timers check it out to. For some reason they know alot about Hondas and so on. But thanks for the help and information guys!!
