What's the diff between obd0 and obd1 B VTEC distributors??

What's the diff between obd0 and obd1 B VTEC distributors??

Besides the plugs, what else is different between the obd0 and obd1 distributor? If it's nearly everything, can you change the guts out from an obd1 dizzy and put them in this one? I want a dizzy base that bolts up correctly to the head... This is B series.
