Whats the best hid kit for the 99-00 si's

i know hid's have been covered thousands of times but i have yet to here of the best kit...no iam not doing anything special just slapping them in the stock headlights....looking for a blue light output...this is one of my xmas gifts i just dont know where to tell me g/f to get it from

Use the search feature, I haven't been here long but there has been a lot threads about doing the HID conversion correctly.
