What is wrong with my car? ---> HELP!
Hey,
I have a 99 ex coupe and my water temperature continues to rise when the car is idle. I replaced the thermastat and now I'm ticked off that the temp. is rising again. This started to happen after I got my system installed. What do you think could be the problem? Bad rad? HELP!

Dude, the car will be hotter when you're sitting still. Think about it, traffic jams = cars overheating. There's no airflow through the rad. to cool. If it's getting to really high temps, try to flush the system & see if you have any bubbles that you missed.

ha ha, thats not a good idea! your best off flushing the coolant and replacing it making sure you bleed it properly. Check the hoses for blocks, before your temp goes above medium the fan should be coming on, if it doesn't try bridging the thermostat and if it does come on theres your problem.. if it doesn't wire the fan up manually to the battery to make sure it works, if it doesn't then get a new fan. If it does it could be a wiring problem....
