Default what size exhaust

i have a 99 civic d16y7 with a y8 im. i have a couple of quick questions.
i have a turbo setup im about to install, which is a t25 turbo with a fmic and 2.5 downpipe. can the stock injectors handle about 8psi from the turbo? or should i get the dsm injector since they are so cheap?
what size exhaust should i get? any recommendations? i saw a apexi ws exhaust but the piping is only 60mm, i dont' know if its big enough. last question, should i eventually get a y8/z6 head for the mini me swap?
my goals are around 200-220hp.

3" mandrel bent with a straight through muffler is the norm for turbo cars.

Most aftermarket exhaust systems are 60mm (~2.36in). With your motor, running around 8psi, that should be fine. If you want to get custom exhaust done (usually pretty cheap), I'd recommend around 2.50in. Any bigger wouldn't be necessary for a mild turbo build on a D, and it would sound like crap, until you started pumping more power out of it. But for 200-220whp, that 2.36-2.50in range is your best bet.

As far as the mini-me swap... nah. I'd say build the head you've got, or just leave it how it is. The y8 head wasn't built for boost either, in fact, you'd be better off with your head, keeping your cr low. I think the only way your gonna get the the 200-220whp range on 8lbs is with a moderately built head. Might as well do the work on the head you already have. The mini-me is an awesome option for NA setups with low hp goals, but there's really no need if your gonna boost.

BUT, excellent choice with the y8 intake manifold! Flows much better than the y7, and much cheaper than an aftermarket one. Plus, it still looks stock

It's impossible to get 200-220whp on a t25 turbo with only 8 lbs of boost.

For 300whp you'll need more than vitara pistons my friend. Look into some golden eagle or arias.

Get a good turbo manifold, and some custom mandrel piping from a shop that deals in FI cars. That's the best way to go.
