What Next...
I have a 2000 civic with full wings west body kit, commando wing, mugen grill, 17" enkei arashi wheels, apexi gt spec headers, greddy evo cat-back, 8.5mm wires and platnum plugs, aem cold air intake, b&m sport shifter, and some interior stuff. I don't want to spend the money on a turbo, but what other bolt on will give me some extra power?? Pulley's, Fuel Rail, throttle body??? What kind of power gains can I expect???

Re: What Next... (clutch33)
your car sounds nice, most of these guys and girls dont like kits and wings. a throttle body would be good, but the pulleys would take power from you if you have a system. they are good other than that. but if you want an increase in hp, try nitrous(i know its pronounced naaawz ). just make sure if you do get a nitrous kit, upgrade your fuel system to not run your engine too lean and blow it. higher rate fuel pump, injectors, fuel rail and fpr, and run a larger gauge wire to your fuel pump and you should be ok (at least according to my shop owner).
but anyway, do you show your car or are you going for the looks and some ***** to back it up? post pics when you can

It's his car, let him do what he wants, although I'm not a fan of body kits either.
Anyway, you might want to invest in a new throttle body or maybe an intake manifold, I know that the Integra Type-R works well, as does Skunk2.

Yes, true. But he also posted a thread asking what is next and stated everything he had.

sounded like the path i took with my old accord. full ww kit, 18" racingharts, greddy h/e, aem cai, full suspension etc. it pulled an stunning 17.3 (auto of course). then i bought the civic. i have 3 mods on it. one of them involves 2 cams.
the moral of the story: your car may look fast, but it certainly isnt. the only mods that will give good hp gains: boost, swap, nitrous, CRAZY internal work

Depending on how you think about power an lightweight flywheel and new clutch might help you out, not exactly as bot on as everything else, but something.
Also a FPR would be good with a Air fuel controller, that plus some dyno time would defiently give you more power.
After that throw a cam or some sort of forced induction on that puppy.
