No point in upgrade the throttle body and injectors if you do not upgrading the cam. Other than basic I/H/E there is nothing you can do to gain more power other than tuning. I would not wasting anymore money unless you wan to build up the engine, money better of spend on maintenance. If you do decide to spent money on performance and build up engine, then decide N/A or Turbo. If turbo, figure out how much boost you want to run. You can run 7-9 psi safely on stock engine. Anymore boost, you will need to build your bottom end.
More fuel and air will get you more power, but there is not point on forcing more fuel and air into the engine if its cannot move that much air. Unless you go force induction.

That and tuning. If you going to upgrade the cam, mine as will upgrade into bigger injectors. No point in upgrading the clutch, OEM clutch can handle the torque just fine. Over spec the clutch put too much strain on the transmission and cause transmission to fail prematurely. If you going to spend that much money, mind as will sell the engine and transmission then pick up B18C1 engine and transmission for $1,000-1,500. LS-VTEC does not worth the time and money unless you are going to build it up.
