What is needed to make b20 complete?
I buy a b20 longblock...
these are the things that i think is needed.
-mounts
-ecu
-harness
-b series tranny
Would i also need the ls intake manifold? Because i heard the b20 IM would not clear in a hatch or so...is this true?

if you searched you know that nearly all B-series parts are interchangeable.

not quite. you may need an LS intake manifold. you have to use a LS one b/c the gsr and b16 have a different bolt pattern for the i/m. the low compression b20 usually has a tall i/m that wont clear the civic hood, but the high compression one will have a flat i/m.
you also dont need to buy a harness. just use your stock one and mod it (very minimal) to fit the b20

or a cheap *** drill and a good bit along with a dremel and a gasket to mark your holes. i can put a b16/itr intake on a ls in 15 min's.
i won't ever do another gsr on a ls/b20 head . took two days.
oh yeah, my buddy just put a b16/itr intake manifold on his h22 civic and it's badass seeing that on there.

the b20 z im will clear the hood.. the one that wont clear is the b20b.. that is the massive one.. b20z is the same one as the ls.. b20 is the same as the b18.. the only difference is the bore and stroke.. basically a 1.8 stroked to 2.0
