I actually have a 99 si as well and I just got a GReddy ti-c. Its sounds sweet its not very loud but it also comes with a tri mounted silencer just in case. The silencer also is mount deep inside the tip so you can't see it as well. I had the old aluminum GReddy evo and it suprisingly lasted 4 years. But I like this alot beter.

Can't go wrong with that choice!
RS*R EX-Mag is also a good one, but slightly more expensive. I've used both and here are my conclusions:
Sound: I preferred the RSR EX-Mag on sound. IMO, the perfect mix of volume and tone with no rasp. The WS2 is nice, but a little TOO quiet sometimes.
Looks: I prefer the RSR. Classic Flat black body with a modest tip. The WS2 still looks "ricer-ish" with the polished body and larger tip.
Practicality: This is IMO where the WS2 shines. The RSR would put off an annoying "drone" on the highway that gave me a headache. It wasn't loud, just a constant tone. The WS2 sounds just like stock on the highway.
For my latest car, I decided to go WS2 and I LOVE it. MUCH better than the Skunk2 Megapower that the car came with.
If you want to hear clips, just search YouTube. That'll get you an idea of what they sound like.

I have the WS2 and so does my friend on his Teg. The WS2 's sound is never intruding at nomal driving rpm, yet nice and throaty when the gas pedal is mashed. That's why I think people love it so much
Fitment is excellent too.

I just ordered my WS2 on Friday.
Can anyone recommend a catalytic converter for it? I need a new one because my current one is shot to ****. Thanks!

well i just got a vibrant flat black with the vibrant silencer with stainless steal piping all the way back, it cost me a pretty penny. Its not to loud and gives off a deep tone, the whole thing cost me more the ws2 because i had a well know performance shop do it for me, i like the way it looks, it looks like stock, if you like the chrome look go with the ws2, but the rest of the exhaust is not stainless steal only the muffler so how long it last is usually up to the conditions you live in
I have went through a lot of crappy regular piping due to the salt we get in the winter in NY, it just eats at your piping, I digress, but ws2 is good, and so is the rs*r, but expect to spend more on the rs*r.

There is always the black Apex Noir edition too.
For me, the rest of the tubing rusted only after 3 winters
