What do you use to dampen panel vibration with solid mounts?

What do you use to dampen panel vibration with solid mounts?
So I filled my mounts with poly, and now every single panel on the car rattles. The bumper rattles so incredibly loud its disturbing.
And the worst part is, different things rattle at different rpm levels. I just want to dampen everything if possible, so ASIDE from dynamat, I want something super lightweight and can be installed in small areas. What have you used to dampen panel vibrations, mainly in the super small and tight spots where dynamat cant reach?
