casue when you corner ur front tire (left or Right depending on the turn) will lift a little (Front Sway bar doing its job) so u won't have any body roll in the front cause you to spin more than puttin traction
Trust me I Tried it out

To add to that i have noticed better cornering when i did little to the front and more to the back (doesn't includes Brakes, springs, struts, bushings)

Re: what do i do to stiffen up my car? (josups)
i figured that, i just want some stiffening, without adding the weight
Rear strut (not sway) bar - Honda makes the best for the ITR.
Rear lower control tie bar (neuspeed, spoon, skunk2, couple others)
Polyurethane bushings (Energy Suspension, and one other company I can't remember - Prothane, I just remembered) - the ride becomes immediately stiff (but **** on rough surfaces though)
Consider - front tie bar (rare mod for most of us, but it does do what you are asking)

Front strut (not sway) bar. (carbing, neuspeed, and Honda make great ones)

i gotta question: i'm using DC front/ rear strut bar as well as a lower rear tie bar and a Tanabe front tie bar...what do you guys think of this set-up? also how "good" are DC bars in general. TIA!

dont stress on name brand.
strut bars and tie bars all work the same, there is a very MINIMAL gain from one name brand to another if they are designed similar... which 90% are.
i'm sure your DC works fine.
