Sway Bar / Strut Bar
I just recently purchased a '96 LS, new in the forums, so read them every night. I want increase the handling for my first mod. I am confused about sway bars and strut bars. I don't know what is stock on my car and what I really need to get for a noticeable difference. Basically my question is; I want to increase handling, I can spend about $200-$300, What should I get?

well with that kind of cash u can only do one or the other
not both
sway bar depending which one u get can start from 275 the set and then goes up from there
and well strut tower bars the combo can run u like 100 bucks on ebay
but if u get the real deal stuff it starts at 150-170 each
and ui need the front, rear, and the lower rear and if u could get one the front lower also

Sway bars will help a lot more with handling than strut bars will. I'd recommend the ITR rear sway bar with a BSQ or Beaks kit.
As for the front sway bar, you should be fine with stock.

With $300 you should be able to afford an OEM Integra Type R front strut bar, an OEM Integra Type R rear sway bar, and an upgraded end link package for the sway bar.

I would stay away from the ebay coilovers. As with most things in life, aftermarket accesories follow the philosophy, "You get what you pay for." There are a few exceptions, notably the Omnipower coilovers (a full coilover, not just a sleeve coilover) which would run you about $600.
