I appreciate that. It's unfortunate that you're probably one of four people that'll actually click that link, and one of two that'll actually bother reading anything. Too many wrench heads are scared of big legal words.
I just learned somethings I am glad I did.

OP probably drives like a silly ricer and gets pulled over.
I drove with no front plate, HIDs, yellow fogs, tinted windows, and tucking tire for about 2 years and never got harassed.

find yourself a used rsx or newer si muffler and have it welded on. Install regular headlights and raise your car a bit. Loud exhaust just scream to be picked on.

Time to start looking at some new mufflers!

In Arizona (well Tucson) As long as there is no sparks flying and your licenses plate is a foot off the ground you are good. Lights are a hit and miss. If the cop wants to be an a** he will stop you. Most of the time they are just fix it tickets unless you are being a douche. Same with exhaust. Go to the local police department and start asking questions. That"s what i did and got the answers i needed. I had yellow fogs and yellow High beams and never got pulled over just do not use them on main roads as other traffic is coming at you.
