Not to be confused with "THE MAN"
The one in my civic is from a itr, and it's black with a amber power light. And it is in one of the little armrest popouts instead of the dash.

mine's from an EDM civic, like ^, but mine lights up green

If that foglight switch is anything like my lighted cruise control switch, you can make it amber or green. The light is replaceable, and Honda makes the bulbs/LEDs (they sorta look like LEDs to me but pffft if I know) in at least those two colors.
I had my car in for some work at the dealership and had them replace it, now my cruise control light is yellow instead of green. Bought a replacement part in the right color but haven't gotten around to it...
