All right/passenger side B-series axles are the same.
The correct left/driver's side axle will depend on the intermediate shaft that you are using.

'94-01 Integra automatic intermediate shafts require a unique left axle as well. I ran into a problem last year where a customer of mine brought in a car that was apparently pieced together with a '95 LS 5-speed transmission and an automatic intermediate shaft, and it took some parts bin matching on my part to determine that he needed an axle for an automatic Integra.
