i have them on my 92 hatch and i had them on my 88 accord. both cars were paired up with tokico blues and you cant beat the ride. its the best ride quality for the money i reccemend them to everybody. i bought mine from john at holeshot racing in your area. great shop

Progress in my opinion or too smooth for performance springs. IF you want a soft ride and you're more into the lowered look...get progress springs. But if you want something stiff and better performing I don't recommend them.

mine seem to be very stiff and the ride difference between the progress and my brothers eibachs are pretty minimal if any...i had a 2.3" drop before i got the h22 swap and it felt really good...now i have there H-Swap springs and i think they are worth the money
