i havent researched springs cuz i went straight to the ground controls, but my girlfriend wants a nice drop on her 94 civic ex. i did however research about the eibach springs because i know that they are good. she doesnt want to race, she wants to look better with a comfortable ride. i would tell her eibach but i thought i would ask u guys first.

by the way i did search but i dont know all the kinds of springs or cant think of them so that doesnt really help me. thanx.

H&R makes really good springs if you want lowering and performance.
Eibachs are good for performance but not for lowering.

I like my sportlines, they aren't real stiff, think they lowered about 1 and 3/4... I think it is a better ride than stock.

If it's a girl's car and you'll be a passenger, get the bumpiest springs and shocks possible. It should be a good show.

If she wants a smooth ride coilovers are probably the best way to go. It doesnt really matter what kind as long as you get good shocks, and the coilovers will be adjustable.

Stop the Beast

Don't get coilover they are stiffer than say a Neuspeed Sport Lowering Spring (Green) I used those in my 4th gen. they are a good median.

im trying to talk my lady friend into lowering her car when she gets it as well...just consider yourslef lucky that shell go along with it...and be happy that when she breaks up with you, you can see her lowered car driving around town with parts that you payed for...

i'd go with the H&R sport springs. they lower the car some and ride great.
