ok so iv been working on my hatch for a while its a 92 with a B16a i got everything wired up and all the pluming ran..
i put the battery in tonight and tried to fire it up and when i put the key in the ignition the parking lights come on (with the **** off) and the reverse lights are on and theirs a buzzing noise from the relay for the fuel pump
i know its not alot of info but this is all i know if anyone has ran into this problem befor please let me know.. oh and its not throwing any codes so im ****** stumpped
if anyone has heard of this happening let me know what it was

yes it cranks.. the pump primes but im getting no pressure i got less then a quarter tank so im gonna get more gas tomorrow and take the dash apart again.. but the dash wiring has nothing to do with the engine right?

gotta double check your wireing...wiggle the wires down by the ecu and see if anything changes.

got any alarms or remote starts? this is what i would check first under the dash.

i think is is impossible for the fuel pump to prime and no fuel pressure without a big *** hole in the line or fuel filter fully clogged. what did you use to check fuel pressure?

Sounds like some wiring or I would also go with some sort of fuel delivery issue Man I feel your pain on unique problems. Best of luck.

no remote start no extra wiring thats what i dont get.. i have a fuel pressure gauge in series with the fuel line..
theres no holes its not dumpin out anyware

iv ran into some problems with my cars before but nothing like this

What where the original problems before all this?
Did you do a motor swap or anything? Mini-me?
Sounds like there are multiple unrelated problems (reverse lights???)

i got the car as a shell but it had a ZC dohc in it before and it ran fine..
i swapped a B16a into it.. did a wire tuck.. and yes their plugged in the right spots
i just have no idea.. im about to take the dash out again and see if i can find ware the problem started at..
yes its crazy the parking lights and reverse lights come on but i didnt do anything with the rear lights i put new headlights in and wire tucked em but nothing changed with the wiring

ok well i looked at the fuel gauge again just now and it was at 6psi but i think the pgmfi relay is bad its not making any noise now so im gonna get a new one and see if that was the problem.. but i still have my light problem wich is pissin me off
also theirs a plug with one blue wire coming from it and it goes up to the two plugs (brown and grey) but i have no idea ware it goes.. i looked at the manual and it says theirs a blue wire that is just for "tach testing" wich i dont get, iv never heard of that but if anyone knows what im talking about let me know
