Default Weird Starting Issue

So this problem started off kind of randomly and it is becoming more and more frequent. It usually happens after I have been driving around for a little while and occasionally it happens after its been sitting all night. I start the car and it idles horribly. It feels like the rpms are running really low (don't have a tach so I'm just going by sound) and the engine shakes as if it is missing or something (sounds kinda lobey). Sometimes, it will idle so bad it dies and I have to start it and give it a ton of gas and then it will smooth out. Today there was a little bit of white smoke that came out of my exhaust. Once I get going, it runs like a top. Even if I come to a stop...the idle is really smooth and we're firing on all four. It only happens after I have turned the car off and am trying to start it back up.

Recently I replaced the plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, radiator and did a valve adjustment. I have a cold air intake that's been on there for years. It's a D15B7 with 250,000 and everything is original.

I don't know about last leg...its a bit of a tank, haha. If I can find what's wrong, I can fix it.

Aside from corrosion on the distributor, is there anything else that can cause a misfire? Could I possibley have a leaky fuel injector or something that's flooding a cylinder? Or maybe a sticky valve? What are my options?

possibly. pull your injectors and clean them up good.
put a can of seafoam in the tank with a half tank of gas

did this start when you did the tune up?
dif plugs can cause it as well. did you gap them correctly?

No it's ran perfectly since I have done the work. I did all that stuff back in December. Yeah I gapped them correctly. I guess I can pull the injectors and see what they look like. It might be a while before I get a chance though because I have another project that needs attention first. I'll let you know if I see anything.

Well I put a can of sea foam in and it seems to have fixed it. I've started it up now multiple times the past few days and it runs fine every time. I did notice my coolant was running a little low and it looked like there may be some exhaust in the coolant. I'm guessing that means I have a head gasket replacement in the near future...
