i just installed a usdm b18c1 swap in my 98 civic ek know here my question when i first start the car it will idle at 1800rpm and will not drop even when warm ill go drive it and while im driving it and if i coast it will idle at 2000k rpm until i come to a complete stop then it will drop to 1000k rpm know if i shut of the car and turn it back on it will idle at 800rpm untill i start driving then at a coast it will hold steady at 2000k i need help here a list of mods

sk2 manifold
bbk 62mm throttle body
jdm p72 ecu
ssr fuel rail

know tommorw im gonna check the tps and see what the reading is, all ready replaced the iacv so i know that not the problem
no vaccum leaks , if i check the tps and it fine u think it the ecu ?????? the previous owner for some reason thought it was a usdm ecu so he did the crank shaft position sensor bypass but i think he did it wrong u think that of might of fryed the ecu???? any info will help
