Default Weird head light fuse problem

Ok i had a thread earlier about my headlights going out cause of the power draw from these stupid APC high power mock HID bulbs. My brother insisted on them. Anywho, I discovered that I blew a fuse. A 10 amp on the low beams. I realised that my high beams still worked. I found a spare 15 amp to put in it's place. I also noticed that one high beam fuse was a 10 and one was a 20. I had a spare 10 that I tried in the place of the 20 cause that's what it's supposed to have. As soon as I turned the brights on, it blew. Waht's up with the fuses in my car? Thanks for any help.

P.S. it seems the wiring to my headlights has been beefed up so they seem to be able to handle high power bulbs.
