weird engine noise?!?! please help!

weird engine noise?!?! please help!
I start my car and it sounds fine untill it warms up. Then it sounds like i have a valve that needs to be adjusted. So i checked them and they are all perfect. Could a valve spring wear out over time with factory components or could it be something else?
