I have a 99 civic with a weird a/c problem. It only comes on with a/c clicked on that's for hot or cold, the top *** doesn't seam to do anything, and the wind speed adjustment only turns it off or on, and worse of all it just turns on and off randomly. If i turn the key to crank it will turn the blower back on, and if i keep turning the blower back on and off like that it seams to make the a/c turn back on sooner but it still turns back of randomly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My only suggestion to you would to take it to a a/c place, have them diagnose the problem, which shouldn't run you too many dollars. Then take the car and fix it yourself.
