Re: VTi-S Front & Rear lips
Good luck, I have been looking for a front lip for a while now. The only one's I have ever come across were in poor condition. And even those were few and fare between.
Yes, people in India have access to HT lol

This man is the truth. like ebay.co.jp or something like that. But I know for sure that a few years back A guy in the classifieds of clubcivic.com was selling them he was in dubai I believe he wanted 300 shipped to the states. Definitely try searching there. I never bought one but they looked exactly the same as the hard to come by USDM pre-facelift lips for the 98 civic I believe. I'm only talking about the front one though. it's gonna be a good while before a rear one pops up again IMO.

Re: VTi-S Front & Rear lips
The rear lips are more common than the fronts in the US.
I've never seen a car from India with them. I don't even know how many Civics I've seen from India. They're more common in some other countries, but shipping (and customs!!!) can really jack the price up!
In the states these lips were only available on 1998 Civic coupes, so they're pretty uncommon. Here it's just the 1998 Civic coupe optional lip kit. The kit included the front lip, rear lip and painted sideskirts (physically not any different than any other stock '96-'00 Civic coupe/hatch sideskirt).
If you want a rear lip for a hatch, you're going to have to get it from overseas (unless someone in the US already shipped one over). The coupe and sedan use the same rear lip though.
Oh, and this lip is discontinued and last I checked totally out of stock through Honda of America. So you're only going to buy it second hand.

Re: VTi-S Front & Rear lips
If you want to buy the one linked to on ClubCivic, ask to see the backside to see how bad the damage was and how the repairs were made. I should still have good pics of mine and others in mint condition if you need to compare. There should be metal brackets attached to the lip so it can be mounted! This lip fits so well that you could technically drive the car with no hardware at all though. I've moved the car around in the driveway/garage with the lip only gripping onto the front and no bolts.

Re: VTi-S Front & Rear lips
When I was looking for a front lip some time ago I tried Europe (have a friend there), only to find out it would cost at least as much to get a used one shipped and all from there, as I paid for a BNIB one here.
Shipping sucks and customs can kill you too. Lips like these fit in oversized boxes too. It's not cheap.
Figured out it was really worth the effort to find one here.
Btw, I paid $500 for mine, but that was several years ago when they were absolutely impossible to find for sale and it was brand new in box. At that point it was the only one I'd ever seen for sale in the US.
