What do you mean it doesn't like head gaskets? What type are you using?
Is your engine detonationg? Are you overheating? Have you check the block and head to see if they're warped?

You're either using the wrong ones or installing them incorrectly. Even still, with lack of information it's hard to say. If you're boosting possibly you need ARP headstuds.

Oil eh?
You mean oil is mixing with the coolant or oil is actually seeping out from between the head and the block?
If it's the latter...I'd say either the block/head is warped, or the wrong gasket is being used.
You using OEM head gaskets or aftermarket?
You using any sort of copper spray gasket sealer for the head gasket to help it seal?
