Default vtech sensor

i;m having problem with my v-tech... i gotta b16 in me eg.. the v-tech work find for 2 years now.. it just died on me. read the code it say the sensor. change it and it work. for one run and die again.. and the rpm rise up to about 1500. i;m out of idea i need some help.

VTEC, not V-TECH

IF you can check the CEL codes, do that and post them up so we can help you diagnose the problem.
