VTEC question
I've just made an LS VTEC swap on my 93 CX and as you know 93 Civics (or at least mine) don't have the VTEC wires in their harness. I took a wire from the ECU to the VTEC solenoid and I grounded the VTEC oil switch pinout from the ECU. Now it activates VTEC perfectly and runs great BUT sometimes, just sometimes, I get the VTEC oil switch check code... It shouldn't since that switchs just grounds that pinout if there's enough pressure for VTEC, doesn't it? So I have NO clue of why would I'll be getting that code... I only thought about some vibrations on the ground connection I made (I connected the wire coming from the VTEC oil switch pinout to one of the ECUs bolts) or something... I don't really know...
Any help? Opinion?
Thanks in advance.

Re: VTEC question (Imprezor)
You connected the vtec solenoid to pin a4 right? And for the pressure sensor power goes to d6, and for the ground you should have just run a wire to the thermostat ground.. You should solder and heat shrink and the connections also.. did this on my b20vtec and no problems, hope this helps

Re: (Andres-eh2)
Yeah I'm in Venezuela but I don't think RPMvnz could help me on this.
I just need to know what goes to the D6 pinout, if ground or power or what.
I grounded it and VTEC engages and the car runs nicely. But sometimes I get the 20 check code, or 22 maybe 'cuz I don't know if my ECU is showing the short check lights... not sure.
