Default valves tapping

I got a 95 gsr motor in my 95 civic. My valves are starting to tap. The problem i have is its my daily driver and I don't got money to fix it for a couple of weeks. So is it okay if i drive it aorund for a couple of weeks without it killing my car? And is it better to have it adjusted or just change them. thanks for helping a newbie.

You don't need to replace them, just adjust them whenever. I know plenty of b-series motors that have audible valve tapping and they run just fine.

Its ok to drive around but you will loose a bit of power and consume more gas. But it won't kill the engine. Try to DIY, its not that hard.
