95 civic d15b7 valve adjustment problems..
Ok so Ive been having a difficult time with this.. I adjust all the valves correctly with each cylinder being TDC and once theyre all perfect I start it and some valves re adjust themseleves either loose or tight.. and ive repeated this process mutiple times.. Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong? Thank you

the engine needs to be cold when u do this.. if u are warming the engine up a bit and then re measuring, it wont be accurate. Thinks expand / shrink with temp changes.

Spec on those locknuts is 10lb-ft. Make sure they are all nice and tight after you're done and that the adjusting screw doesn't move when you retorque the locknut. And like the previous comment, you MUST adjust them with the engine cold... it won't work out otherwise.
If they go back to the way they were before after 30,000 or so miles, that's normal. If they're back to being tight/loose after 300 (or less) miles, you're doing something wrong.
