Virgin Stock 97 Civic DX hathback
So i got this bone stock virgin hatch here in California under 70K on mileage. I have B18C5 full swap all, the stock parts, ecu, harness, exhaust, etc... So im wondering i've looked into getting it Bard and Refd here in California i wont have any issues if its bone stock Type R swap done right? Need some feedback from all of you thanks...

Good luck. I have also been looking into it. Depending on the ref. you might pass. First all emissions. 2 nd the chassis is the same as del sol so it has the b16a2. So first inspection it will fail for visual reasons. Next all emissions have to same as the car the engine came from. It has to be of the same year it newer. With that said good luck. I am trying to do the same but b16a2.
