Default very slight miss at idle?

i have a 94 ex that has 224,000 miles runs great other than a very slight miss at idle i have changed plugs, wires, fuel filter, cleaned fit&iacv, cap&rotor and still the slight miss is there it is nothin major some people dont even notice it but it drives me crazy prolly cause im ocd but if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance forgot to add the car does not always do this sometimes the idle is perfect. i will say that it does it atlest twice a day or more.
