Default valve train???

what is a good valve train setup? I have a stock d16y8 and want just a little more power, don't do much racing. I know this engine isn't the best pick for horse power but I would rather keep it.

If you have no real intentions of making big power, I would say save your money on a complete valve train setup.

In my opinion, I would go with the Comp/Zex stage 1 or 2 cam and you'll add a little more power while remaining relatively safe and not have to upgrade your springs/valves.
