best valve train combo
i have done research on HT and on the net. i came up with thinking that omni power valves, springs, retainers and BC Spec3 cams are good for my b16a2. would this be a good valvetrain setup and if i get this what else do i need, like cam gears etc.

well i want more power than i have now, in addition to my sig, i recently put on intake mani, TB, header and i have a flywheel thats not in yet. i plan on making more power soon, like PP head and fuel upgrades, so in addition to cams i figure ill do the valvetrain

there is many factors in choosing valve train..
FI or NA.
ramp and lift of cams.
rpm
for obvious reasons the stiffer you go the more power they take, its also harder on all valvetrain components.

Re: (mmuller)
also is it your daily driver.. also you have to factor in compression.. you dont want to overcam your motor.. with stock internals i woudnt go any larger than skunk pro 1s
