Default valve springs

I wanted to know if anyone could explain what i need to do so that i dont drop the valves into the cylinder when i take off the springs and retainers? i have the air hose that fills the cylinder with air to support the valves....however should i use this AND rotate the piston up to TDC in order to make sure that i definately dont drop a valve? thanks

Talk to your local honda dealer. I talked to my local Master Master Tech at Honda and he was saying thats how they do all the inhouse valve/valve springs.
