Default Valve Seal help

I'm trying to replace my valve seals with the head on. How do I compress the cylinder so the valves don't fall in. I have an air tank. Do I need to buy an attachment that screws into the cylinder where the spark plug goes or is there an easier way?

If you have a compression tester, the other half should fit into your air compressor hose. This is the most awesome tool for removing springs and retainers.

I do but the other end doesn't fit on my air hose.

You need the appropriate air fitting (don't know the size off the top of my head) but I made an adapter that works perfect with my compression tester hose.
