valve guide replacement

I have a 94 civic ex and was wondreing how hard or should i take it to a shop i work with hondas alot but never done this kinda of job if it can be done what tools would be needed

i belive they drill them out and press them in if im not mistaken.

They are pounded out and then pressed in. I've never heard of them ever being drilled out.
