Default V-AFC trouble, need help please

I posted this already on the FI forum, but my car is grounded if i can't fix this problem:

I just finished my turbo install about 5 minutes ago, including the v-afc. However when I put in the key and turned it to the ignition setting, the v-afc's buttons lit up but the main menu did not show up. It's completely dark except the buttons which are glowing, I don't know what the hell is going on, if you can help me, please post.

Did I possibly wire something wrong? My friends and I will check again

I'm guessing that it could be the wiring. Only time I would be concerned about the unit itself is if nothing at all lights up.

yea most likely its ur wiring. did u ground the unit? i think u have the power wired up and all the things tapped, but maybe a loose connection somewhere. check them and let me know whats up. if i can remember theres only like 2 or 3 wires for ground connection and power. (2 grounds)
