most likely you will have to extend the tps and map sensor plugs also have to change the iac to a 2 wire plug and have to move some wires around on the ecu plug side to make it idle correctly and lastly u have to add in a knock sensor, i had to do this to get my y8 swap running right, and make sure you add/wire up ur knock sensor will throw cel and no vtec search 4 mini me swap y7/y8 a thread has the pinouts for d16/b16 motors and where to move the wires 4 the iac its simple to do

I just modded my y7 harness to fit a ls motor yesterday. The plugs that needed to be extended were the crank fluctuation sensor, map, tps, evap purge. You may not have to extend the evap as I'm not sure where it's located on the b16. Also the primary o2 you don't actually have to extend the wires, I just unloomed the wiring for the primary and secondary o2 sensors from the harness and made them exit at the rear of the harness instead of the front. You will have to extend the wires to the secondary o2 if you want to keep the b16 cat I believe though.
