if you need some new one just replace them. you dont need to get a whole new upper control arm.

if its an OEM arm then yeah u have to replace the whole arm. if you buy aftermarket then the ball joint has a c clip on it and u can just replace the ball joint and not the whole arm.

i was told that you could change the upper ball joint on a stock control arm from auto zone, and mechanic say i need the whole arm and ball joints, is this correct? need to know buy today so i can buy the right stuff.
