If I do a 5 Lug conversion then will I be able to have the spoon callipers on my honda civic si 99.

or you can save tons of money and just get the spoon calipers for your car!
Edit, I take that back....
You use those same r calipers and get some special rotors from spoon!

So you get those calipers, the front rotors listed above, but they recommend that you get larger rear rotors and special rear calipers.

Installation for DC2R ('96 specification), EG6, and EK4:
Although this caliper product has been specially developed for the EK9 and DC2R ('98 specification) 15-inch rotor, it can also be used for the DC2R ('96 specification), EG6, and EK4 if the front rotor is replaced. Furthermore, in accordance with the setting of front and rear brake distribution and P valves, it is recommended that the size of the rear calipers and rear rotors be increased. EK9 and DC2R ('98 specification) brake pads will be required; furthermore, when installing on a normal-configuration aluminum body, a spacer of approximately 15 mm will be required.
