How much power do you want, and maybe this question would be better asked in the FI section.
Personally i'd go SC50 63 AR if I had a b16. Or SC60 if you want more.
T3/T04E's are going over well too.

Remember, small turbos spool up quicker but the bigger turbos spool up slower. Turbonetics makes pretty good turbos, Greddy kit is good as well. Cheaper to go with a custom turbo, although it may take some time for you to find parts. Is this your daily driver? You want it to be reliable?
