Keep the boost below 10psi and get a tranny cooler and it should be ok for a daily driver

But it will still be slow as ****.. get a 5 speed swap

That was a super noob response.

10 psi on what turbo? noobs talk in psi instead of horsepower.

10 psi on even a tiny 14b will most likely blow your tranny.

No it wont. And you are right, I meant on a turbo kit, such as a Greddy

Daily driven with a tranny cooler and it wont blow, unless you floor it at every red light

You wont make the same power, but the % gains are the same.

10 psi on a 14b WILL blow a Honda auto tranny. Unless you're talking about maybe one good pull per day, even then it still might take a ****.

Then take a tour of the Forced Induction forum. https://honda-tech.com/zeroforum?id=16

Stock Honda Auto trannies are the biggest pieces of ****, period. If you plan on boosting your car you will need to do an auto to manual or better yet, sell your car and buy a manual. You will acutally make money in the process.

You can make your auto handle a good amount of boost and stay quicker than some boosted 5speeds, but it will cost you money. Look forward to buying tranny cooler, torque converter upgrade, sport-shift kit, more frequent tranny fluid changes. Autos hold boost better between shifts, that stress can make your gears slip in time if you don't keep your tranny safe.
