trying to identify the head on my motor.

i have a jdm b16a motor. how can i identify the head on there.
i know it is a pr3-4, this is the head idenfication right?

what are the numbers on the right for.
they read 9/1, 1/2, 2/3, 09.

What specifically are you needing to know about the head?

Looks like from what you've posted it's a 1991 B16A cylinder head.

The PR3 designation means B16A/Type R head casting, and the circle with the 9/1 means it was produced in 1991, meaning it couldn't be a Type R head.
